Once we receive your order, it takes 2–3 days to dispatch from our warehouse. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your pincode. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

Important
Please note
- We will make 3 delivery attempts on consecutive days. If the order is not delivered by the 3rd attempt, it will be returned to our warehouse and the order will be cancelled.
- RiACTIVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Once your package is with our shipping carrier, it is their responsibility.
- If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us at support@riactive.in immediately.
Rejected parcels
What if you reject the parcel at delivery?
Partial COD orders
If the parcel is rejected at delivery, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
Prepaid orders
A 10% cancellation fee will be charged on the order value. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
