Exchange policy
We have a 7-day exchange window from the date of receipt. Exchanges are permitted only in the case of a sizing issue or if you've received a damaged product. Your return package will be picked up from the same address it was delivered to, and the replacement must be the same product in a different size.
To initiate an exchange, write to us at support@riactive.in with the following:
- 1Order number
- 2Product name, colour, and size
- 3Pictures and videos of the product in its original condition with all tags intact
- 4Reason for exchange
- 5The new size you'd like to exchange for (in case of sizing issues)
Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the item before dispatching the replacement. You'll be notified as soon as your new selection is on its way.
Please note
- Exchange is only available for sizing issues, subject to availability of the requested size on our website.
- An item can only be exchanged once, and must be unused and unwashed.
- Once the exchanged product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Return policy
We have a 7-day return window from the date of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where items have clearly been worn, washed, or soiled.
To initiate a return, write to us at support@riactive.in with the following:

- 4Photos and videos of the entire product in original condition with all tags visible
Upon receiving your package, our team will inspect the item before processing any refund. The refund will be initiated once the product matches the original item in our records. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Returning an item from a combo or offer
If you return one item from a multi-item combo, the refund is calculated against the original individual price — not the discounted combo price. For example: a top at ₹1,000 + leggings at ₹1,000 at 20% off = ₹1,600 total. If you return the leggings, we retain ₹1,000 (the original top price) and refund ₹600. Similar terms apply across all product categories.
RiACTIVE reserves the right to refuse a return at our discretion.

After your return is successfully processed, refunds are issued as follows:
Prepaid orders
Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Partial COD orders
Prepaid amount is refunded to the original payment method. For the remaining balance, please share your bank details or UPI ID to complete the refund.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items. Certain categories such as swimwear and innerwear are also non-returnable. If you're unsure about your specific item, please get in touch before raising a request.
Damages
Received a damaged or wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, tampering, or have received the wrong product, email us at support@riactive.in within 24 hours of receipt — attach photos of the damaged goods so we can assess the situation and arrange a replacement promptly.
Void conditions
When exchange or return will not be accepted
- Request raised after 7 days from the date of receipt
- Product has been used, tampered with, or altered
- Damage caused by a third party (laundry, washing machine, ironing service)
- Missing original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories
- Product returned is different from what was shipped
Order management
Cancellation policy
To cancel your order, email us at support@riactive.in with your order number, or message us on WhatsApp. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our facility. Once shipped, no amendments can be made.
