Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Exchange policy:
Your new requested product has to be the same product, in a different size. Exchanges are only permitted in case of a sizing issue or if you have received a damaged product.Â
To initiate an exchange request, you can write to us at: support@riactive.in with the following details:

Order number

Product name along with the color and size

Pictures and videos of the product in its original condition to be exchanged with all the tags

Reason for exchange

Request for the new size you would like to exchange the item in hand for, incase of sizing issues.
Upon receiving the package, our team will conduct a quick inspection before dispatching your exchanged item. You'll be notified as soon as your new selection is on its way.Â

Exchange is only allowed if there is a sizing issue subject to availability of size on our website. You can opt to take the next size needed.Â

Exchange on any item can happen only once; given that they are unused and unwashed. Â

Once the exchanged product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Return policy:
We have a 7 day (from date of receipt) return policy to raise a return request. Your return package will be picked up from the same address that it was delivered to.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unwashed, with all the tags intact, and in its original packaging along with the receipt. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.Â

Photos/Videos of the entire product in original condition along with all the tags before returning
Upon receiving the package, our team will conduct a quick inspection of the products received before refunding the amount. The refund will only happen once the product matches from the product entry in our database
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your order.
Returning one item purchased during a combo or on an offer valid on combo:
If you have purchased two or multiple items from a combo or applied combo offer and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the original item price and not the combo price. Eg: If you buy a top at Rs.1000 (original price) and leggings at Rs.1000 (original price) at 20% discount = Rs.1600 and you wish to return the leggings. We will consider the original price of top while returning (which is Rs.1000 in this case) and refund the difference: Rs.1600- Rs.1000 = Rs.600.Â
Similar Terms & Conditions will be applicable across other product categories as well.
Refund policy:
After successful completion of the return process, the refund will be processed as follows:
For Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
For Partial COD Orders: Prepaid amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment, for the balance amount please share bank details or UPI id to complete the full refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the items that are/were on sale, discounted items etc. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear or inner-wear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

In case of Damages and Other Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception.If you suspect any damage, tampering or if you have received the wrong product, kindly email us atÂ
Exchange/Return will be void if:

The return request exceeds 7 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.

The product has been used, tampered with or altered.

The damage is due to misuse of the product - Any damage/defect caused by a third party like laundry/washing machine or ironing service.

Product that is returned without all original packaging, tags/labels and accessories, including the box/pouch, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

Products returned are different from what was shipped.

We cannot make any amendments to your order once it has shipped.
