How do I check the status of my order?
We love to keep you updated about your bag of joy’s journey through the tracking link, which will be conveniently shared via email.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Please send us an email at support@riactive.in or message us on whatsapp. We can change the delivery address from our end only if it has not been dispatched from our facility yet.
How can I cancel my order?
Please check our Cancelation Policy
How can I cancel my order which is already in transit?
Unfortunately, the order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched from our facility.
How will I get my refund if I have canceled my order?
Please check the refund policy to know more about your refund.
What if the product gets damaged in the transit or goes missing? Alternatively, what if the wrong product was sent?

Shipping
What are the shipping charges?
There are no shipping charges.
How long will it take to ship the order?
The order is generally shipped within 2-3 days of confirmation.
How much is the return shipping fee?
We do not charge a return shipping fee. We will initiate a free one-time pick-up from your delivery address.
How long does it take my order to reach me?
The delivery time depends on your pincode. It generally takes anywhere between 5-10 business days. However, a tentative estimate will be given to you at the checkout page before you place the order.
Exchange/Returns
What is the Exchange/Return policy?
We have a 7 day return policy from date of receipt, for any item that is not on sale and a 7 day exchange from date of receipt policy in case there is a sizing issue.
Items that are on sale cannot be exchanged or returned
Do I have to keep the tag on for Exchange/Return?
Yes, all the tags, invoice and the original packaging needs to be kept intact for exchange/return
How do I start the Exchange/Return process?
To initiate a exchange/return, you can write to us on support@riactive.in along with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name along with the color
- The product in original condition along with the tags
- Reason for exchange/return
- New size required (incase of exchange)
