Finding Your Perfect Fit
How do I find my size?
We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. RiACTIVE pieces are designed specifically for Indian body types — if you are between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit or size down for a more fitted look.
Do your sizes run true to size?
For the best fit, please check the measurements listed on the product page and compare them with your own. We've also added sizing recommendations (true to size, size down or size up) for each product, so it's worth a quick check before ordering.
I am conscious about my midsection. Which styles work best for me?
Our tank tops and sports bras are specifically designed to draw attention to the shoulders and collarbones, naturally shifting focus away from the midsection. The Grace V-Neck Tank and Sculpt-Fit Leggings are customer favourites for this reason.
Do you offer plus sizes?
We are actively working on expanding our size range. Currently we offer sizes XS through 2XL. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when extended sizing launches.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in original condition with tags intact.
Built to Last
What fabric do you use?
We use our signature CurveEase fabric that is breathable & super lightweight fabric. It is specifically chosen for Indian weather conditions. Our fabrics are soft on the skin, moisture-wicking, and designed to hold their shape wash after wash (doesn't shrink in size)
Is RiACTIVE activewear squat-proof?
Yes. All our leggings and flare pants are rigourously tested for opacity and are fully squat-proof.
How do I wash my RiACTIVE pieces?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid fabric softeners as they can break down the performance fabric over time. Iron on low heat if needed, avoid direct ironing on prints.
Will the color fade after washing?
Our fabrics are colourfast and designed to retain their vibrancy. Following the care instructions above will keep your pieces looking fresh for longer even after multiple washes.
Is the fabric suitable for Indian summers?
Absolutely. Every fabric we choose is tested for breathability and sweat-wicking performance in warm and humid conditions — exactly what Indian summers demand.
Placing Your Order
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery for eligible pin codes.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that the order goes into processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at support@riactive.in if you need to make changes.
I did not receive an order confirmation email. What do I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, write to us at support@riactive.in with your name and phone number and we will resend the confirmation.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
Do you offer EMI options?
EMI options are available on orders above ₹1,499 through select credit cards. These are shown at checkout based on your card issuer.
Getting It To You
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad typically receive orders in 3–5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders.
Do you ship pan India?
Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website under My Orders.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please write to us at support@riactive.in or WhatsApp us and we will investigate immediately.
Easy Returns, No Stress
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. Sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at support@riactive.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2 business days.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different product instead of a refund?
Of course! You can exchange your item for another colour in the same design or switch to a different size. Just keep in mind that exchanges are limited to the same product and can't be made for a different style.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@riactive.in with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately.
